If a filling of wisdom tooth is deep should it be extracted?

Extraction: For most people the wisdom teeth are too far back in the mouth to be useful in chewing, and are prone to gum disease. So, if you have a cavity in a wisdom tooth it is probably a better idea to have it removed than to have a filling.

Probably: Keeping wisdom teeth clean is a problem for most people. If you have deep decay now, will you be able to improve you care in the future? How is you gum condition around the tooth? If it is suspect, it may be best to extract the tooth.
