Almost always yes : Depending on a lot of factors, overbites can usually be corrected by traditional braces or sometimes with invisalign. If it is a severe case surgery may be necessary but it is rarely needed for correction of overbite. Also, overbites can be "fixed" by using crowns and bridges depending on the appearance of the teeth. I would not want to cut down healthy teeth to do crowns unless there is no option.
