Swollen foot: Knee surgery can disrupt the lymph system in the leg which could predispose you to swelling below it such as the foot.

Knee surgery: Yep ! see that a lot - especially when no compression therapy is used post knee surgery . Sometimes that compression therapy needs to extend to the foot
