Energy/weight: Very interesting question!we used to think that 'calories in/calories out' is all one needed to do to lose weight.That is, expend more calories than you take in.Unfortunately , this does not really help with weight loss in the long term.Focus on the quality of food(low glycemic index) rather than quantity.Also remember, you cannot exercise your way to weight loss!
