Energy drinks: often contain a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners and chemicals. They are not a good way to gain weight. Please see your doctor to make sure all is well medically and then consider seeing a nutritionist who can create a food plan for you. Please avoid "empty calories" as are found in junk food, sugar, and products w/artificial colors. In general, protein from eggs, cheese, etc. is good.
