You will...: Burn muscle as well as lose body fat. Personally, not a desirable approach. The elist football players i see at ut have body fat measurements in the 7% range (not linemen, obviously). 5% is somewhat extreme. Also, your cardio at 65% maximal heart rate is too low to improve cardio fitness. Therefore i assume that your sole goal is extreme leanness to the point of......?
