Osteoporosis foods: Eat foods low in salt and high in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. The main idea is to consume plenty of calcium and vitamin d. Limit caffeine, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Green veggies& avoid: Green leafy vegetables are the best food for osteoporosis- we all know milk has lots of calcium and the cows (ideally) eat greens! avoid excess sugar, sodas, caffeine.
