Foods to eat: Include yogurt, fat free milk, defatted soy oil, calified orange juice, gren leafy veg, broccoli, carrots, pumkin, squash, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, salmon, tofu, fresh friuts and others, avoid red meat (calcium loss), foods with high butter fat, salt and sugar (leeches bone), caffeine lose calcium throug the urine, soft drinks which have high phosphorus which takes away calcium, and others.

Osteoporosis foods: Eat foods low in salt and high in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. The main idea is to consume plenty of calcium and vitamin d. Limit caffeine, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Some examples: low fat dairy products, yogurts, fish (sardines, salmom, tuna), dark, leafy green vegetables, calcium fortified foods, eggs...
