Take as prescribed: As long as you take the prescribed dose and are under the care of a physician, you should be just fine. Many patients are on both a benzodiazepine (lorazepam) and trazodone.

Can you take ativan (lorazepam) and trazadone at the same time. I take 100mg of trazadone at night and three .5 Ativan (lorazepam) daily as needed.
