Sneeze Pain: Sorry to hear this. Must consider: 1. Muscle strain 2. Muscle spasm 3. Disc abnormality (herniation, bulge, tear...) 4. Facet joint irritation (whiplash joint) if it persists, it is probably time to see a doctor. Weakness, nausea, vomiting, fever, bowel or bladder changes would be very worrisome symptoms if you have those as well.

Herniated DIsk: The description of pain in the whole arm to the fingers suggest that you have a pinched nerve in the neck. I would suggest if this does not resolve with nsaids, exercise, stretching and/or pt see a specialist to get an MRI of your neck to rule this out.
