Doesn't sound good: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see what problems and treatments are needed. A person with asthma needs medication in cases of allergies, colds, flu's, or pneumonia (so his asthma won't get worse and worse, which in an unlucky person can be fatal). Burning, or other strange sensations, in the arm and neck may be from irritation to nerves as the nerves come out of the spine (dr. Can check).
