How long should a headache continue after banging head?

Duration of headache: Most headaches will resolve on their own in a day or so. Depending on the cause of the headache, for example migraine should last 1 day, subgaleal hemorrhage may cause headache that last up to a week., and a generalized post concussive headache is difficult to predict but usually lasts 2-3 days.
