Hit head, only had headache for few months, then they stopped , i hit it again, and now ache and fog there for even longer. worried it wont heal?

"Ache" and "fog": Presumably it will "heal" although it may take longer , depends on the length of time between the two hits and how hard you hit your head, theres really nothing you can do but wait (and try to keep from hitting your head so often, or keep a bicycle helmet with you).
