I bumped my head last night, it also bled a lot. after the bump i fainted. today i have a headache and almost fainted earlier today. do i need to go see a doctor or should i just continue with resting?

Head injury: If there was obvious bleeding this is reassuring. Since you were unconscious, I would head to your doctor's for an exam and to provide you with a plan.

Recommendations: 1. If copious bleeding, did you sustain a laceration which could be treated with a suture or 2? 2. If fainting is repetitive, need to have doctor evaluate what is occurring. 3. Likely post-traumatic headache, but could have this assessed concurrently

Head Injury: Thank you for providing information of Symptoms of yesterday and today. Due to symptoms of yesterday, “it also bled a lot. After the bump I fainted”. And symptoms of today, “Today I have a headache and almost fainted”, you need immediate Evaluation. Please call a Neurologist or go to ER for Diagnosis and Treatment. Your Health is Precious!
