See a neurologist: You need to see a neurologist for the symptoms you are describing. You need a further work-up with a ct scan of the head to rule out any lesions that may may be eating away at your bone. An MRI may be useful as well as a neuroophthalmologist to evaluate your vision issues in a broader context. Good luck to you.
