Sure : Certainly you can. It is a healthy food in normal quantities and as part of a balanced diet. The time of day you eat it is probably irrelevant.

Oatmeal can be: caustic or irritating to the stomach if eaten late at night and then to sleep. I have had personal experience with this. It is best taken during the daytime. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
