No: Paronychia is an infection of the area where to the fingernail or toenail meets the skin. It is usually a bacterial infection, whereas Fluconazole only treats fungus. The treatment usually involves hot soaks and sometimes surgical drainage. Fluconazole is unlikely to help., .

Not the best choice: Fluconazole is an antifungal. Most paronychia infections have a bacterial involvement.
