Currently taking 450 mg of fluconazole once a week for fungal chronic paronychia (no pus) after all 10 toenail removal. what antibiotic ointment, cortisone, and/or antifungal cream will help with skin peeling, redness and regrowth of the cuticles?

You do not need antibiotic ointment, and cortizone is a bad option. You could use any cream you like otherwise, since you are on oral fluconazole, you do not have to use topical antifungal unless you want to. Keeping it moist with any lotion may help as you have need.
