It depends: As you know, dengue has three distinct phases - febrile, critical and recovery phases. It would be important to know where you are in the progression of this disease. Of course, not everyone has the same symptom complex at every phase of dengue. I do not find it alarming that you are still experiencing headache and light headedness one week out. However, you will want to consult with your doc.
