I had 2 mosquito bites yesterday (02/15/2015). after that i start having headache. this morning (02/16/2015), i start feeling feverish. is it dengue?

Possibly : if this common in your community, then it could be a possibility. I don't have common or rare cases present to my office in the southeastern part of TX. Thus, it is not high my 5 possible causes of fever and headache. West Nile is more common in TX

Possible: Dengue usually occurs 3-7 days after being bitten by an infected mosquito but it is always possible you were bit in days prior. It is unlikely you would experience problems within 24 hrs. Symptoms of dengue include fever, rash, muscle pain and headache.
