Unlikely but possibl: A fever of 100 degrees is not high. This could easily be a "cold" I would not get excited . Dengue is associated with generalized body symptoms and aches that are quite severe. Just use time and see how it goes . You are very ill if you have dengue and will know that something quite severe is going on. You have not described this thus far. Best wishes.
