After dengue fever, psoriasis-like, leathery rash appears on skin where previous rash was. how to treat? normal occurrence? not itchy but unsightly!

Not common: After any viral illness, including dengue, you can have a flare up of a rash. Usuallly it will fade over weeks. Over the counter Hydrocortisone may be helpful. If the rash persists, see your doctor to get stronger medication to help it go away.
