Febrile illness: Please get checked because dengue can be serious and it's rainy season there now, so it's more prevalent. It could be malaria too although I don't know if u live in the city or the countryside? You can look for small red spots in the skin which might indicate dengue. Anyway I really hope u can get checked now.
