No pain: There are different options in teeth. Whitening.Any contain various types of peroxide usually in gels applied in trays directly to your teeth. A dentist will evaluate your teeth to determine if you are a proper candidate.

Sometimes: Whitening gels contains either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. Higher levels of these gels can cause sensitivity in the teeth, whether they are applied in over the counter products or in-office whitening procedures. Some people feel no sensitivity, while others will. The gums are isolated and the gel is applied, replacing every few minutes for maximum concentration. 45 - 60 minutes.
