Whitening pens: In my opinion, whitening pens have more of an effect on removing surface stain than internal bleaching of teeth + limitations. I would suggest that you speak to your own dentists for all the methods available to whiten teeth, as well as the pros\cons of each. Then you can make an informed intelligent decision as to what would be best for you. Best to have a dental checkup and cleaning first anyway.

Teeth whitening pens: You can use over the counter teeth whitening pens or crest 3D whitening strips. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
