What are normals?: This depends on the normal values for the lab that these tests were performed in. The results appear normal, but check the lab's normals. The hemoglobin is either normal or very close to normal.

Mild anemia: It means that you do not have vitamin b 12 deficiency and you have a mild anemia and you doctor still needs to find out why.
