You're anemic.: This is serious business. You need to work with your physician to discover the reason. Get all the iron studies together, including total iron binding capacity, along with your personal history, and a report on how your peripheral smear looks, and perhaps a reticulocyte count. Don't stop until you understand why and what you can do to perhaps save your life.
