What mean the folowing blood results:? rbc = 5.19, hct = 40.5 %, irf 9.9% , retic 1.2 %, hapto 138 mg/dl. testing was done due to 12.8 hgb.

Appears fine: Depending upon the lab where the tests where drawn a HGB of 12.8 could be normal. Rbc and hct above appear normal as does the retic count and haptoglobin levels. Irf ranges between labs may vary but usually include 9 and 10 as within normal. Overall i would say there are no abnormal values in the ones presented above.
