This set of values suggest you are mildly anemic. This commonly reflects the lack of available iron stores in your body. All lab tests need to be assessed in the context of why it was ordered by the doc. It could mean other things in other situations.

These results can also be normal for you, being the age and sex that you are, and if you are a menstruating female. If you had this done as a routine lab and aren't having symptoms of fatigue and are well and have a normal exam at your doctor, I wouldn't worry about it (but certainly discuss with your doctor). If you have symptoms, you may need to increase iron in your diet or have more testing.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you are mildly anemic, most likely due to iron deficiency. You may take oral iron and multivitamin supplements, Wish you good health!
