Yes: Please be sure to speak with you physician as to how much biotin is safe for you and your baby. Biotin is acceptable with lactation.

Yes,6000 mcg or more: Not only is biotin safe in nursing but it is recommended to take at least 35 mcg/day. For nursing moms whose babies have cradle cap it is recommended that the mother take 6000 mcg/day.Doses of up to 15, 000 mcg (15 mg)/day are used to treat diabetes.There is no known toxic dose of biotin but probably no benefit to taking doses higher than 15 mg/day.See http://www.Med.Nyu.Edu/content?Chunkiid=21571.
