Depends...: If they are both secondary, then it completely depends on the health issues that have led to these issues first. That being said, if we are just speaking about only, or primary osetoarthritis and ddd, you can certainly live to expected age with proper treatments, therapies, and precautions. See a physiatrist for improved functional and safety issues. Consider pain doc for control. Best of luck!
