Diagnosis: It depends on the specific etiology of the "lump" you are describing. It can be related to the fracture, it could be a prominent xyphoid process, it could be an abnormal sterno clavicular joint. An exam and probably a CT scan will show the specific diagnosis and then the treatment options would be known.
