No further action: The most important thing you have to do is follow the suggestion of orthopedic surgeon and keep the cast for the adequate duration until gets completely healed. Usually fractures are healed up to the normal level if they are immobilized well and adequate duration. Beyond that you don't need to do anything except preventing repeated fractures.
