Ok: High MCV can last for long time post chemo..The most important thing that there is now anemia.

My first CBC in 2003 my RBC was 4.64, Hemoglobin 12.4, mcv 89, mch 30.7. Now it reads last CBC (july 2021) RBC 3.69, MCV 99, mch 33.5. Last RETIC was 2019 result was 3.6. Iron, B12, folate all in normal range?

B12-315(191-663),metlymalonic acid-14(9-32),folate-7.3(4.6-18.7),homocysteine-12.7(<12),hemoglobin,hematocrit all CBC is ok except high MCV.Any idea?
