Lymphoma: Hopefully you are going to your doctor - very important! certain types of lymphoma can also have a macrocytic anemia which you are describing. You can also have the anemia without it being lymphoma. However, when you combine this with the lymph "mass" and esophageal problems, etc. The primary differential - what you might have, lymphoma is high on the list.

Needs more info: Difficult to say based on limited info. High MCV likely due to low folate (folic acid) (did you check b12?). Low BUN is good, so no worries. If you have a clavicular lymph node it needs evaluation for sure. See your doctor!
