When i have complete blood count done, b12 and folate (folic acid) are a tad high, then when a separate blood test is done for b12 and folate (folic acid), both are ok. causes?

Doesn't make sense.: If the same test done for the levels, and shows different results, there may also be a lab error. I would repeat one again only for b 12 and folate (folic acid) and compare.
