Nothing to be : Scared about. Eczema are treatable with corticosteroids. White bumps on his face and neck could just be newborn acne which will resolve in time!

Newborn rash: Your newborn might also be at risk of eczema. But this is not so scary if you start prevention early and you follow up with the pediatrician and dermatologist as recommended. Use unscented shampoo and soap and them infrequently.Use neutral skin oil and do not start early feeding with solid food, wait until 6 mo of age to prevent food allergy that would worsen eczema.
