Neutropenia: Neutropenia is a reduction in the neutrophils, a type of white blood cell that fights bacteria. It can be a very serious condition, leaving someone at risk of a bacterial infection. Enlarged spleen along with neutropenia implies there is a systemic problem with your blood system. A hematologist should be involved in your care, and you may need to have a bone marrow biopsy to investigate further.

Depends: Sounds like your hematologist will need to look at your further (probably already has) to determine the reason for your neutropenia and enlarged spleen. It also depends on what you mean by 10 things (try to write more specific questions). You may or may not already have had a bone marrow biopsy as biopsies are sometimes needed to arrive at correct diagnosis. Best wishes and speedy recovery!
