Im 30, healthy/ active (pcp agrees), & no alcohol. labs last normal in feb. liver enlarged (21 cm) & spleen (no size given) & pain in upper right & left side & fatigued at times. no gb. recent mri shows cyst in 4th seg of liver. gi isnt sure. idea?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your GI, who examined you, saw the imaging studies is not able to decipher the issue, it is unreasonable to expect some one in this forum to do better. Sometimes one needs to observe the course of issues to come to a diagnosis. Wish you good health!
