Have neutropenia diagnosed with enlarged spleen nov 21 due to gcsf meds feb 22 spleen reversed to normal size according to ultrasound. i received 2nd covid booster 2days ago no having pain and tenderness in spleen. is this due to the covid shot?

Injection site pain is common following the vaccination. The abdominal pain should be further evaluated by your physician. A CBC, differential and platelet count is recommended. Enlargement of the spleen may be associated with pain. A COVID 19 booster and avoiding crowds, gardening and open soil is advised. Watch for signs of worsening pain, vomiting and bruising.
