Calcium & depression: First, get help for depression from your doctor! you don't need to feel so badly. If suicidal call 911. Calcium comes through food sources: dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese; leafy greens (spinach, collard greens, kale, etc); fish & seafood; beans like black-eyed peas, white & navy beans; sesame seeds. Also you can supplement with calcium, vit d, etc.
