It's OK to cry: You are right. Crying doesn't always mean depression. Uncontrollable crying or frequent crying spells, however, can be a symptom of Depression and deserves careful attention. Financial problems and health issues can be a trigger for an episode of Depression and should be evaluated. I recommend you talk to your doctor. It may help to talk about what you are going through.
