Perfect Cholesterol: Not sure why you would think that was anything but perfect. But, no. These are ideal numbers showing no obvious risk.

Listen to your body: Your lab tests are in normal limits. If you are eating healthy foods, avoiding tobacco, alcohol and other substances, getting a good night sleep, getting regular exercise, managing stress well and enjoying life, feeling well and don't get sick easily you are on a healthy path.

At goal: For a female under 45 nonsmoker with no other medical problems e.g. Diabetes, hypertension, vascular disease or stroke, and no family history of heart disease, these numbers are reasonable and not cause for worry. Medication would usually not be recommended with above. Some weight loss may help improve your numbers even more.
