Needs evaluation.: For an accurate assessment , one should see a retinal specialist (ophthalmologist who specializes in retinal problems). It is possible that a laser procedure can eliminate areas of bleeding if that's the cause of your symptoms. But, first one needs an accurate diagnosis.

Need more info: Unclear whether you are describing a stroke in the retinal vessels or brain. Please provide more specific information with your question. If the retina, it depends on whether the occlusion in the retinal veins or arteries, and where in the retina the damage occurred.
