When ever there: Is postmenopausal bleeding , it has to be taken seriously and your obgyn should be on board . There is a need for tissue diagnosis ( endometrial biopsy ) to exclude endometrial malignancy . By the way , the investigation should also include the vagina and the cervix as well.
