Hi, my mom is having bleeding or spotting after 7 years of menopause and endomatrial thickness is 11mm. what it could be?

Postmenopausal bleed: Post menopausal bleeding is not normal. If she is on hormone pills it could be from that, if not she really need endometrial biopsy to get to the diagnosis, carcinoma need to be excluded.
