Endometrial cancer: Endometrial cancer more commonly occurs at later age-60 or older-in menopausal period. Vaginal bleeding can be one of the presentation. Bleeding is coming from and due to irritation/necrosis/ something that is happening on the cancer. Bleeding is not from the regular endometrial tissue due to regular menstrual cycles. So, as long as the cancer is big and not treated-bleeding will continue.
