Please answer my question how often does a person bleed if they have endometrical cancer in menopause?

Depends: Endometrial cancer is usually a disease of perimenopausal or menopausal women. The cancer usually goes through precancer stages, so any abnormal bleeding should be investigated in this age group. Unless the cancer has progressed and is quite large, bleeding is often just spotting and can be intermittant. Bleeding with endometrial cancer will persist until the cancer or pre cancer is treated.

Depends: Post-menopausal bleeding is never normal. It is always concerning for endometrial cancer, even if the bleeding is occasional vaginal spotting. Any patient with post menopausal vaginal bleeding needs to be evaluated further.
