Exercise/nutrition: 15kg is approximately 33 pounds. To be safe you need to lose approximately 2 lbs per week so it should take about 4 months to lose. Increase you activity level slowly if you are not currently exercising and eat healthy and in moderation. If it comes off slowly it tends to remain off but if you crash diet and lost fast you are likely to regain. Good luck.
