Increases in liver enzymes are often from fatty liver as a consequence of overeating, high triglycerides or cholesterol, or excessive alcohol intake. There are other reasons for increased liver enzymes such as viruses, medications, or other diseases. Most likely you are overweight and had a high-calorie intake. Please speak to your doctor.

The liver fat and visceral fat are not isolated into different pools. Both will go down with weight loss. It would be prudent to consult a nutritionist to ensure proper diet while losing weight.
